Instead, claim the party, claim the 96 who voted against the measure and support primary opponents of the 126 who in favor of it. That is how you build parties. Going third party is a loser in American politics.
The Democrats were not always Marxist. RFK Jr is an old school Democrat who happens to love his country. There are still some guys like him. Joseph Lieberman was another Democrat like that. Now they're endangered species in the Democratic Party.
