Yep, stack the jury pool and you get the verdict you want no matter what. The defense can reject as many as they like, they’ll never find a juror who isn’t rabidly anti-Trump, because all the potential jurors were sifted by the DA beforehand.

Here in NY the judge against Trump seems to willingly forget that banks have their own assessors, to have the position the judge is taking they have to in essence claim the bank assessors were accessories to a fraud.
Meaning they have to then go after the banks.
It’s insane.
