At first Usrael supplied power etc as part of international agreement from 1947. That ran out in 2005. Israel was no longer required to do it.
Telling that in the decades between 1947 and 2005 Palis didn’t bother to make themselves not dependent on an eneny Palis vowed to kill.
Yet Israel continued to supply them
