Yes.
You look at every Western country where they have a Constitution. And that Constitution specifies supermajorities or referendums etc. for supposedly important changes.
But the biggest change is mass immigration, which is the one that really is irreversible.
No supermajority or referendum required. In some cases it has been done by Administrative decision and no legislation or vote.
