Too bad it took some Congressmen to scream for this to happen. Blinken said....they haven't spent any of it. Kinda sounds some got released...
Anyways...the UN is screaming about no water, food and electricity....and this money was for humanitarian purposes only (cough cough) My bet is that the UN is going to push to have it released.
