yep! I proposed the same thing yesterday! start in the north and methodically flatten every structure starting in the north and slowly making their way south until it is all gone.

Give them plenty of notice, tell them to flee south to Egypt. Eventually, the millions left will push over the border as the bombing gets closer.

After they are all gone, seal the border and never let them back!

Then bring in the bull dozers and level it all, confiscate it all and turn it into a memorial.
