I don’t think this is a recent revelation. Consequently, I think those who have nevertheless continued to offer aid “to Palestinians” were in fact knowingly supporting Hamas - and everything that implies.
Correct answer: "We will send any and all aid, stop all attacks, and be willing to negotiate when two (2) conditions exist(s):
1) return of all hostages in good health and order,
2) unconditional surrender of Hamas militants.
Until then, we have nothing to talk about.
