The Utilities smart meters will not work. That will not set well with the utilities. Bet the estimate cost during the shutdown will be higher than normal usage. We will have to take whatever the utilities say. Do the red-light camera at street corners work on w1f, if so No pictures sent, but then a gone they must have some kind of memory.
