1. Yiddish didn't exist when the Babylonian Talmud was written in Aramaic. The word "Goyim" is Hebrew and found in the Torah meaning nations. It is also used in some circumstances to mean nations other than Israel or members of these nations.
2. Jews see a difference between Jews and non-Jews in the Talmud? That difference exists in the entire Christian Bible (ie both the Old and New Testament) too.
