Notice all of these protests are explicitly anti-Israel and pro-Hamas. No one is denouncing the atrocities Hamas committed and no one is demanding peace and unity.
They are just repeating, all over the world, the propaganda and rhetoric of the genocidal terrorist group.
"From the river to the sea" means from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean sea—the entirety of the land of Israel. It is a call for the complete elimination of Israel.

As much as the media, Democrats, college academics and leftwing activists try to convince the public otherwise, pro-Palestinian activists are more than happy to tell the truth. This isn't about 'oppression' or 'colonialism' or whatever other social justice fad theory is popular right now.

Even within the church anti Semitism is on the rise being pushed by a false doctrine known as replacement theology. A false premise that teaches the inheritance God promised Israel has now instead been promised to the church, because of the Crucifixion.
What God promised Israel, and the Covenants He made with Jews, will come to pass exactly as written. God does not renig on His promises.
Replacement theology (also known as supersessionism) essentially teaches that the church has replaced Israel in God’s plan. Adherents of replacement theology believe the Jews are no longer God’s chosen people, and God does not have specific future plans for the nation of Israel.

This idea that the church replaced Israel is prolific among those who hold to an amellinial escatology and though I originally grew up loosely ascribing to such(no longer do) I was not antisemitic, though I can see where it might allow for fertile ground for it to take root.
