The United States is warning citizens to "exercise increased caution" when travelling overseas with the State Department citing "increased tensions" in various parts of the world.
In a "worldwide caution" advisory issued on Thursday, the government said in addition to increased tensions, there were concerns over the potential for terrorist attacks, demonstrations or violent actions against citizens or U.S. interests.
The advisory was made a day after the U.S. also warned its citizens against all travel to Lebanon amid fears the Israel-Hamas conflict could spread throughout that region.

Internationally: Hungary or Poland.
Domestically: The leaves are changing in the wooded area behind my house. So my back porch is good enough.

You can get great deals during and right after ‘periods of eventfulness’.
I can’t travel right now but high on my list would be Turkey and Hurghada, Egypt. I also like Amman, Jordan. I’ve gotten great prices and service when I embed with the locals (out of the way destinations). I just have to make sure the passport is clean and I have no service-connected stuff with me.

When travelling overseas? Are they kidding me? We have enough danger HERE in the USA. We have MILLIONS of criminal foreign invaders NONE of whom have been vetted!
