Hamas terrorists used rocket-propelled grenades supplied by North Korea in their murderous assault on Israel, it has emerged.

The Gaza-based terrorists carried shoulder-held F-7 launchers, which are designed to take out armored vehicles, as they roamed civilian areas in Israel murdering hundreds of men, women and children.

Weapons used by Hamas and captured by Israel on the battlefield were from Pyongyang, South Korean officials and specialists in North Korean arms told the Associated Press.

In other news, water is wet and the sky is blue.

Even *if* it wasn’t a deliberate transfer from NK to Iran to Hamas, which I do think it ended up being, the world arms market is such that it could have been that way by coincidence. Nobody with two brain cells to rub together should be surprised.

my thread listing the number of reasons to declare war on Iran was full of name calling and little reasoning to it. We should have done it when they killed 241 marines. If that’s neo-con then so be it.

Is it neo-con to blow Iranian boats out of the water when they charge us in the gulf. Does anyone remember the cole? Is it neo-con to attack them for taking hostages for tribute over and over

My opinions are not determined by labels; mine or those who name call me.

The fact they were there at all was a result of Reagan’s NeoCon stupidity.

And then they compounded it with liberal style ROE where Marine guards weren’t allowed to load their rifles etc.

The whole Marine Barracks bombing was the perfect prequel to NeoCon Globohomo stupidity.

Nothing to do with neo con delusions.

once we commit we must defend we don’t turn tail and retreat.

Neocon is just a buzz word for name callers. I opposed action in Iraq and war with Iran instead. we took out the wrong guy. incidents warrant action or they don’t Iran has a list of terrorist actions longer than your arm and they don’t all correspond to fighting the evil satan.

Once the action is taken it must be defended; as should our people.

I listened to a report the other day with an Israeli officer saying the weapons were mostly home made. If they were in fact smuggled in that would be a major failure on the part of Israel as they have closely controlled and inspected what goes into Gaza. Other option would be for someone being paid or being sympathetic and letting things in along the Egypt Gaza border. In either case there should have been reports of arms being found in various cargo going into Gaza. No way would they be 100% perfect in smuggling.

Who would believe these came from North Korea?

Can't have the public aware that they could have come from Ukraine or Afghanistan, selling off Russian firearms because they now have so many U.S. firearms on hand.

Then again, Eric Holder could have sold U.S. made weapons to anyone and blame Americans, just like he did in Operation Fast and Furious.

I mean, you can make an AK out of a shovel and a parts kit, so you can see how that would work. They do have machine shops and such in the ‘refugee camps’.

After all, a parts kit without a receiver is just so much scrap, particularly if you bury it in a load of other scrap.

In general I agree.

But in the case of the Beruit deployment, Reagan listened to the NeoCons, and ignored genuine Jacksonians like Jesse Helms who said not to do it.

Israel was very restrictive on what got into Gaza, cement and rebar was closely controlled ( but for sure some % got taken off to build Hamas tunnels and bunkers) They would or should not have let a load scrap metal into Gaza that could be used for any purpose.

There are plenty of ways to sneak in piece parts otherwise. I was simply listing one option.

North Korea has been trading missile technology with Egypt, Syria, Pakistan, etc. for about 50 years now.

Sorry to say but the U.S. has lost more arms than NK ever could dream of selling.
