I avoid using the honorific adjective "honorable" as much as possible. It use is equally offensive when dealing with judges who are nothing more than political hacks.

Not electing a Speaker of the People's House is a constitutional dereliction of duty. The Speaker of the House of Representatives is second in line for presidential succession. The Speaker Pro Tempore is not. That means that Patty Murray, as President Pro Tempore of the Senate is now second in line for Presidential succession. Biden could literally drop dead any day now, if he hasn't already, so this is a big deal. The refusenik RINOs don't want to elect a Speaker, but are engaged in parliamentary delaying tactics. Removing the Speaker Pro Tempore means the House must focus on electing a Speaker and doing its job.
