DailyMail.com reported that Biden, who spent virtually all his adult life sucking at the govt teat as a “public servant,” paid $2.75 million for the home——IN CASH.
This occurred within weeks of Hunter ominously badgering a Communist Party official, at Chinese oil giant CEFC, threatening to sic his father on him if he didn’t come across w/ $10 million dollars.
The $27.5 million dollar beach house is Joe Biden’s favorite place, apparently to conduct business w/ Hunter. Biden’s summer home in Delaware is where he escapes from the WH, where he has decamped dozens of times during his 1,000 days as the (cough) “president.”
DailyMail.com reported Biden spent at least 300 days of his presidency (a) either in Delaware where he owns other homes, or (b) on multiple “vacations” elsewhere.

The peripatetic Hunter was then staying in the guest house of Biden’s main house, a mansion in Delaware, when he wrote to Communist Party official Raymoond’ Zhao on July 30, 2017, threatening him to follow his ‘orders’........ or else. “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter wrote Zhao on WhatsApp on July 30, 2017.
Hunter then appears to threaten Zhao – who he calls Z. ‘Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,’ he writes at 9.45 am. ‘And now means tonight,’ he adds, apparently referring to time in Beijing, which is 12 hours ahead.
‘And Z if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
Hunter concludes by emphasizing: ‘Ok my friend – I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very, very, very important.’
There is no proof that Joe Biden actually was sitting with his son, but metadata from photos obtained by DailyMail.com from Hunter’s infamous abandoned laptop show he was at his father’s main house, his Wilmington mansion, the day the text was sent.
