Once again, Western Civilization spends large amounts to limit civilian casualties, while the enemies of civilization dig up their own water system to kill indiscriminately. Actually,, it is not indiscriminately. The islamofascistnazis target women and children, babies. Perhaps what Israel should do is drop pictures of the slaughtered Israeli babies after they demolish another building. The Drive-By Media will, at first, believe the babies were slaughtered by the Jews. Once those pictures are identified as Jewish, the Drive-By Media will ignore them.

Lower civilian casualties is a benefit but is not the reason for the development of such weapons. Greater accuracy of firepower makes for greater efficiency, which in turns makes for greater effectiveness and lower cost. The US Army, for example, has disbanded conventional tube artillery units because modern, highly accurate munitions mean that far fewer rounds need to be fired. That has the further benefit of reducing the manpower and logistics that have to be fielded.
The Israelis shouldn’t feel obligated to treat monsters as humans.
