“Development hubs” or “tech hubs” spanning 32 states and Puerto Rico. Yippee. The Administration is bringing the full resources of the federal government to identify and provide funding, technical assistance, and planning for the 31 coalitions.

Isn’t a “hub” the part of the machine that get the shaft?
