Exactly!They get to use her contrite self in a mini-show trial, without ever having to go through with a REAL trial, where more would come out, and she becomes just another fleeting image of “wrongdoing” done in the name and on behalf of the real Agent of Evil, who of course is Trump. Depending on the finer points of “legalism” in these charges , she really did nothing wrong-—every lawyer has to present a case for their client.
