All of Canada’s major pollsters are now showing at least a 10-point gap between the Conservatives and the Liberals. Were these sentiments to hold up in a general election, Conservative Pierre Poilievre would be looking at one of the largest landslides in modern Canadian history.
Polls are pointing to a Conservative majority of 205 seats against a Liberal opposition of just 81. That would represent the most crushing electoral victory since 1984...
The Liberals are now in third place anywhere outside of Ontario and Quebec – most notably in the previously Liberal stronghold of Atlantic Canada. And the Conservatives continue to be the single most popular party for Canadians under 29, a phenomenon that hasn’t happened in at least a generation.

They found that 57 per cent of Canadians wanted him to resign by the next election – including a not-insubstantial number of Liberals themselves. A mere 44 per cent of Liberals wanted Trudeau to take them into the next election, against 41 who wanted him gone....

“The long, drawn-out saga of Ontario MPP Sarah Jama has come to an apparent end. Jama was notable for being the most nakedly pro-Hamas elected official in Canada; her reaction to the Oct. 7 attacks didn’t make any mention to massacres of Israelis, but instead decried Israel’s “occupation” of Palestine. After the Ontario NDP refused to kick her out of caucus (apparently following a round of vicious infighting), she was the subject of a Monday motion in the Ontario Legislature calling for her censure.
An extremely rare legislative measure, a censure compels the speaker of the Legislative Assembly not to recognize Jama, meaning she can’t speak or vote, and thus effectively loses all her MPP powers. Just minutes before that censure, meanwhile, the NDP finally did kick her out, albeit with regret.”

Legal immigrants start way more businesses in propotion to their size than US born Americans.
I have seen patient suffering from cancer close to home. Euthanasia should be their infividual decision, not Congress critters. It is individual by individual decision. My brother in law passed away this year from stomach cancer. His pain was so bad, only with massive doses of fentanyl he was able to go on.
Where do you see mass euthanasia? Population is growing in USA. Older folks are bigger and bigger proportion of population.
What gun control you are talking about? I have been able to buy as many guns and ammo as my heart desires.
Now child mutilation is definitely growing and it must be stopped. Only parents should be allowed to decide, not anyone else, what is best for their children.
Everything I referred to was with respect to Canada, and that Polievere will change nothing when he gets in.
Trudeau raised Canadian immigration to 1 million per year (multiply by 10 to get cmparable US numbers)
Canada now has over 10,000 “medical assisted suicides” per year
Trudeau did all kinds of gun bans and confiscations. Polievre won’t reverse any of them.
Members of Parliament were expelled and not allowed to run again because they opposed vaccine mandates. Polievre went along with that, and won’t reverse it.
