Not that there’s really much doubt, but unless the Russians come out and publicly condemn the atrocities that Hamas committed (and still is, by holding hostages), then it will become crystal clear where Russia and its leaders stand.

This is Russia, and Putin’s, moment to decide between morality and savagery, between life and death. He can certainly be opposed to Israel and in favor of those whom he chooses to have as allies (temporary or otherwise). Even allies can criticize each other. But unless he condemns the atrocities, he’s implicitly approving of them. Time to choose, Vlad.

if Putin really didn’t like the baby-murdering and kidnapping, he would have said something by now

and so far, crickets ...
