There was .an article yesterday whereby the GAO has found that most federal department offices currently range from 10 percent to 25 percent occupancy. And the idiots just spent $ 3.5 billion on new office furniture for empty government offices.
The are not idiots, they are thieves.
They most likely got some great kickbacks from the contractors that built the new buildings.
They are not idiots.
You have to change your perspective so you developed a rightful view of these people.
This sort of thing is very common, and in large part comes from the longtime practice of federal agencies at the end of the fiscal year going on a spending spree with any leftover money in their budgets, lest they receive less money in their next fiscal year budget.
