It’s already a conclusion that this sham kangaroo court will order Trump off the ballot in Colorado. Then it will go on to Michigan, Arizona and Wisconsin where those hacks can do the same there.
They know they cannot beat Trump in an election. They have tried everything (except assassination, yet) so they will try to prevent Trump from appearing on the ballot.
No way can they allow Trump to be elected President. Their very lives are at stake. Either way, they are ALL going to hang. They are dead men walking.
Do you really think that OBiden get the final say on judicial appointees.... they are all Obama appointees.
Possibly because the lawsuit is in Colorado State Court, before a Colorado State Judge. Given that Biden has never been Governor of California, Biden could not possibly have appointed this judge.
It is not just that the story is factually wrong, but on the face of it, it cannot possibly be true. It is the equivalent of posting a story with a headline "NFL Commissioner Appointed Judge Hearing Lawsuit Against NFL." That's not how it works.

Why hasn’t the judiciary committee taken up impeaching this rogue judge?
From what I’ve read this is a total rigg job. This court is going to ban Trump from the ballot. The question is what comes next. Mi has a rat SC and so does Wi now. So I expect the same in those two states. Az seems to have a rino SC, it could happen there too. Of course it’s preposterous. Trump has not been convicted of anything. I can see most if not all of the rat states doing it. The US SC has shown an irrational hesitancy to intercede in election issues. If they do take it up look for the rats to demand the 3 Trump appointments to recuse. If they do that leaves a 3-3 split best case. This is more dangerous than most people think.
The Judge just ruled against the leftists.
