Leftist lawfare!

Is the Wisconsin Legislature ready to impeach and convict the WI Supreme Court justices if they take the case?

Or will medical science have to perfect testicular and spinal transplants first?

“....pay raises for university employees...?” Aren’t those bass turds already being paid enough? Students can’t even afford to pay their tuition anymore. College tuition is out of control. BIG ED SUCKS!

Guess he forgets basic civics and who controls the purse-strings. Evers (and all democrats) should resign since they insist on making up the rules as they go.

I take it the Governor never took civics in High School

Our form of government is there are three separate branches, the Executive, the Courts and the Legislature.

I don’t think the Executive branch can sue the Legislative branch to do anything and the courts have no jurisdiction over the Legislative branch (they can only decide on any laws passed by the branch).

So unless the state constitution allows it, the courts should toss it as the governor has “no standing” to sue.

So he is demanding the legislature agree with him? Or else?

Dummy doesn’t understand basic separation of powers.

That’s rich, since it wasn’t so long ago that the Dems went and hid in Illinois to prevent a quorum.

Paying professors is not a basic government function.

Kings don’t need legislative bodies they only need enforcers.

Obviously it should be thrown out due the political question doctrine. Whether it will nor not is another question.
