Communist China assumed the rotating presidency of the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday, declaring the adoption of a resolution pressuring Israel to accept a “ceasefire” against the genocidal terrorist organization Hamas a “top priority.”
Israel declared war on Hamas, which controls the Gaza strip, in the aftermath of one of the deadliest terrorist attacks on the Israeli population in history. On October 7, Hamas terrorists invaded the nation of Israel and went on a killing spree, opening fire on a music festival, engaging in door-to-door killings of families in their homes, and raping, torturing, and desecrating the bodies of their victims. Israeli responders tending to killing sites reported finding burned-alive, decapitated, and otherwise disfigured bodies of children as young as newborns. Hamas terrorists filmed themselves engaging in the massacre and, in some cases, relatives of the victims found out about the fate of their loved ones after Hamas terrorists stole the mobile phones of their victims and uploaded photos of their corpses to social media.

China looking to score political points with the Global South who sympathize with the Palestinians.
We had a cease fire. Hamas violated it
The Global South, formerly called the Third World or Unaligned Nations, largely favors the Palestinians over Israel. China wants to use this fact to assume leadership of a new alignment or power bloc of non-Western nations.
Gaza delenda est.
This means exactly nothing.
Israel should, hopefully, continue to prosecute this war until its successful conclusion.
China and Russia can go to hell, and drag their buddies Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah, among others, with them.
It costs Russia (invader of Ukrainian) and China (murderer of Muslim Uighurs) nothing to hypocritically inflame the situation against the US and Israel.
Why risk it again?
Good news ! Israel is really fighting Hamas effectively !
China is not happy Hams is getting destroyed.
Removing the US as the world’s most powerful superpower and neutering the West, in general.
If Biden, Blinken, the UN , Hamas and China say have a ceasefire or a pause then the right thing is to go all out against the enemy.

Every time Israel pauses, Hamas launches rockets.
No return of hostages, no pause.
Hamas only understands when they receive what they dished out.
Hamas wants a pause so their leaders can escape. They are already trying it under cover of the hospital ambulances.
