What happens when a child is told she is born in the wrong body and undergoes life-altering surgery only to experience regret? A growing number of young Americans are being manipulated by social media and pushed by medical professionals to take hormones and undergo surgery. Now, many are finding the courage to detransition and warn others about their experience.

Too many young folks are turning to Tik Tok and other “Social Media” aka “Anti Social Media{” to decide what to do and what to believe.
Shouldn’t they call that”gender-DENYING” care??
Certainly parents are culpable in this, as well as the doctors. A smart parent does not allow their child access to social media. At least not without constant surveillance.
Can't give them a tattoo or a cigarette or a beer, but you can chop off body parts and pump them full of hormones.
Some of these parents encourage their children to “question their gender”. It gives mothers, in particular, an appearance of being distinguished - “as the parent of a trans child ...” If you look at documentaries about trans children, you will see what I mean. The preening, narcissistic, attention-seeking mother is nearly always there.
Why does this writer use the deceptive leftist term “gender-affirming care”?
Never understood why a woman would want to be a man. Unless you are 6 foot, 6 inches, with 6 pack abs, and six figures, you are utterly disposable
This is very powerful. Reading and listening to a scared parent lecture about it must be nothing like seeing and hearing these real girls and boys who were experimented upon.
Thank God these maimed and disfigured but courageous survivors ultimately broke free to return to the sex they were created for.
It’s not even care. It’s gender-denying abuse.
