Israeli ground troops completely encircled Gaza City on Sunday, and the Israel Defense Forces conducted a wide-scale attack on Hamas’s infrastructure both above and below ground in the evening, said Israeli military spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari. “There is now a northern Gaza and a southern Gaza,” he said, explaining Israeli ground troops have reached the Mediterranean coast south of Gaza City. “We are attacking with great force,” he said, adding that the attack was a combined air, ground and naval assault in order to “create pressure that will dismantle Hamas.” Hagari said the IDF is still keeping an open corridor for civilians in north Gaza to flee to the south, where the IDF says it will be safer for them. The humanitarian corridor has been contested by Gazans who say it was blocked and bombed.

Most of the population of Gaza has fled south - sometimes being shot by Hamas because they’re needed as hostages in the north. I wish our “free Palestine” nuts would actually remember the real population of this area. But I think they’re all devotees of Hamas, which has suddenly become cool because it has a great media game since it’s supported by all the mass media.

Divide and conquer. Splitting into small bites and harassing the areas you will attack later so they can’t recover and reconstitute. It’s not going to be pretty.
Maybe send the HAMAS terrorist supporters in the US to Gaza and they can volunteer as human shields. Let them share their woke status, perversions, etc. so they get assigned to the best possible points to help HAMAS. Just remember to collect their US passports as they get off the plane.
I suspect it will take a while. With the IDF cutting Gaza in half, they have created a cordon. Last night the IDF hit a fuel dump and a water tower in northern Gaza. The fuel can no longer be used to ventilate the tunnels. If Israel can sever the tunnels, north to south, then they can basically let Hamas die of dehydration or starvation. That’s the route I’d go. It takes time but saves IDF lives.
The IDF can replicate the same strategy by doing the cutting across Gaza just further south.
