He’s not wrong.
Israel is at war. War in a city against a determined enemy will involve the deaths of civilians, sometimes many of them. “Massacring” is an emotive term not usually applied by the victors, but were we massacring civilians in Hamburg, Dresden, Tokyo, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki? And were “we” also raping women in German Eastern territories?
Of course we were.
One of the reasons Israel can’t win its war is because they recoil from “massacring civilians” when that becomes a necessary component of warfare against their enemies.
Rules of war put civilian deaths on those deliberately hiding behind them. That BS dog won’t hunt anymore.
