Some seem to. You cannot go anywhere these days except an occasional church without coming across people who reek of skunk. In stores you can smell them in the next aisle over. At stoplights if you roll down a window sometimes it smells like the vehicle next to you is hauling burning bales of it in the trunk, it is so strong.
I smell marijuana all day long, from five in the morning on the road to everywhere I go. We are in a spiral of national death.
