Where are you seeing 3/2?
I looked at PredictIt. The bettors there give Biden a 42% chance and Trump 41%. I think those numbers are in the right ballpark. Third place is Gavin Newsom, at 16%, which I think is way too high.

betfair, bookmaker and pinnacle sports are where the lion’s share of the money will be bet.
the 3/2 etc...came fr bookmaker where the limit is 50x that of predict it.
