No....The buyers in the EU pay the fees. The Ruusia Ukraine contract involves Ukraine paying Russia for the gas coming into their lines.

That's why Ukraine, probably courtesy of the USA, destroyed the Nordstream lines...since it would by pass the Ukraine lins and EU would not be paying the thieving Ukies their outrageous fees.
