Noone in congress with guts enough to bring impeachment charges for endangering Americans and Israelis by allowing terrorists like Iran to get money that was frozen under more competent us leadership!
But think of the upside, 10% of 10 billion is a good days pay. Even if you have to grease a few skids, at least Biden will come out with some personal gain. Thats the problem with a corrupt President. There is no way i can see this happening without seeing the big guy get his due.

As the article notes, but not in these terms, money is fungible; giving Iran $10B for “humanitarian” purposes frees up funds they would otherwise spend on those “humanitarian” purposes and enables them to spend $10B on killing Americans and Israelis.
I wonder if they are gonna pull a zelenski and proclaim next November “now is not the time for elections”?
