If the first amendment rights were infringed upon and treated to same “control” measures as the second amendment;

*Time, Newsweek, Better Homes and Gardens and the other publications would be restricted to ten pages or less, because high capacity magazines are dangerous. So too, all websites would be restricted to ten pages.

*sentences and paragraphs would be required to be a certain length and if they’re too short you could charged with a felony for possessing an instrument of harm which is under a certain, arbitrarily determined length.
...”goodbye” for instance would be a felony, but “I bid thee fare well on thy journey” would be legal.

*all speech would be required to be loud. Should you choose to speak quietly, or whisper, you would be required to have an extensive background check, pay a $200 tax stamp and agree to have your conversations monitored through random inspections of compliance. Also, it would be a felony to permit someone else, who did not complete the compliance process, to whisper with you.

*comments sections would restrict anonymous postings, because they would fall under the category of “concealed writing”

*voice to text software would, require a federal tax stamp costing $200 and would require an extensive background investigation, which could take up to 9 months to complete, because such fully automatic printing is, well, fully automatic. You would also agree to random inspection of the premises where such software is registered to be stored, to ensure you are in continued compliance.

*boxes of pencils and pens could only hold ten.

*polysylabic vernacular including verbose nomenclature would be prohibited as wording with excessive caliber.

*churches would be restricted to ten seats or less. They would require a background check and a three day cooling off period prior to being authorized to preach, teach and attend.

*home Bible studies would require a “concealed” permit, with a required background check, a fee, which would have to paid over and over again for renewal.

*dinner parties, holiday events and birthday parties would be limited to ten people or less, lest they be considered “high capacity” and to conduct any such gatherings in secret would retire a permit, training in social proficiency and a background check, because they’d be considered “concealed”. Whispering, or praying quietly would be a felony, unless you paid the $200 tax stamp.

These are what come to mind sipping only my first cup of coffee...add to this if you’d like...
