I’m in no way defending Hamas, but I do believe that Israel turned a blind eye while the October 7 attacks were being planned, just so they could destroy Gaza

You don't have a wit of proof.
Israel has NEVER chosen to sacrifice their citizens. Never. They put children and civilians behind them when they fight ... Arabs put women and children in front of them so women and children will be killed first.There is zero pattern or proof for what you're talking about.

Problem with your theory. Gaza has been firing rockets into Israel for the past 20 years. Which is an act of war, not just a fiery way to say good morning. Not to mention coming across to kill any random people they could catch.
Anytime Israel wanted to destroy Gaza they had the reason to do it.

I have a real hard time believing Israel allowed this to happen. I have no idea why they were caught off guard, but they love their people, and I don’t think they would sacrifice anyone needlessly.
