Special documentation: The IDF uncovered a terror tunnel under Shifa Hospital
Under the guidance of the Shin Bet and Amman: the route of a terrorist tunnel about 55 meters long was uncovered near the internal department of the hospital • The tunnel shaft that was found contained various protective measures, including the top door and a firing slit • A captured vehicle hid the shaft, after its explosion - the tunnel was exposed • Explosive charges were also found in the physical therapy department, an investigation room in the heart department, and weapons and intelligence in the MRI complex

The tunnel shaft was located on the hospital grounds under a shed, where there was also a vehicle with many weapons on it including, among others, RPGs, explosives and Kalashnikov weapons. After the explosion of the trapped vehicle - the tunnel was revealed.
