Ron DeSantis' team was going after Nikki Haley. They turned on each other instead.

Leaders of Ron DeSantis' Never Back Down super PAC met privately last Tuesday to hash out a strategy for fighting Nikki Haley's rise. Instead, two of them nearly came to blows with each other.

The infighting represents an escalation in the long-running war between Never Back Down's professional political operatives and DeSantis’ Tallahassee-based inner circle over who is to blame for the governor’s failure to compete effectively with frontrunner Donald Trump for the Republican nomination.

And, after tempers flared at last week's meeting, three close DeSantis allies — David Dewhirst, Jeff Aaron and Scott Ross — launched a second super PAC, Fight Right Inc., in part at their urging.

The rationale for establishing Fight Right Inc. is the one thing that does not appear to be in dispute: Never Back Down couldn't keep attacking Haley without hurting DeSantis.

Meanwhile Trump is getting huge crowds, now that he’s focusing less on the 2020 election, he’s getting much more support.

DeSantis DeSantis DeSantis DeSantis. All DeSantis all the time. Why so consumed with DeSantis? Because he will win Iowa, Trump will spew on that it was rigged, and Trump groupies will agree right on cue.

DeSantis did it to himself.
He is young he should’ve waited.
Now he is done nationally

Riiiiiiight.

That Kim Reynolds endorsement put DeSantis over the top. Said no one ever.

BTW making fun of DeSantis's loser campaign is absolutely delicious, hilarious, and fun.

“someone is to blame for the worst campaign l can remember”

This was so bad it had to be a team effort.

;-)

Old cliche—a camel is a horse made by a committee.

Spamming nonsense, as usual...

Here's your winning candidate with reynolds in davenport

And here he is in ottumwa this past weekend - they didn't even try to show the crowd because it was so small

Nikki Haley is a fraud—an Indian-American Buddhist turned pure American through name change (Nimarata Randhawa) and conversion to Christianity. In my opinion, its all a cynical ploy to appeal to American voters.

Ron DeSantis is a true conservative.

Haley and DeSantis and Christie share a common malady: disloyalty.

Reminds me of two boys in Nursery School having a fist fight. The teacher comes over and asks them why they’re fighting, and one says: “We’re fighting to see who’s next to take on George Foreman.”

Pretty much the situation with these two.

Yep, the whole election integrity theme is now a given, no real need to emphasize it. Better off now comparing the stats between him and Biden. The economy is obvious, the border is obvious, the crime is obvious, the wars are obvious, these are silver platter issues. Oh, and Biden's cognitive issues are obvious, he's losing the 18-35 vote.

Not just nationally.

Florida, approve of DeSantis as Governor:

Approve 50
Disapprove 49

A different campaign strategy would have made no difference - challenging President Trump was foolish.

Republican voters want the true winner of the stolen 2020 election back in the White House where he belongs. It’s that simple.
