The vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge connecting the cities of Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on Wednesday is reported to be an attempted terrorist attack.
Fox News reporter Alexis McAdams reports sources say this was an attempted terrorist attack, “High level police sources tell me this is an attempted terrorist attack. Sources say the car was full of explosives. Both men inside dead.” A U.S. Border Patrol agent is reported to have been injured. The vehicle is reported to have been on the U.S. side approaching to enter Canada when it ... exploded.
Fox reports government buildings in the area have been evacuated.
Ontario police posted a video Wednesday saying that they are closing bridges to the U.S. and roadways approaching the bridges after a vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge at Niagara Falls. Governments on both sides of the Niagara River are responding to the explosion as if it was a terrorist attack.

1972-73-74, I worked for the BSA in Buffalo, and lived in Niagara Falls, my territory, just a block away from the Falls, and we used the Rainbow Bridge for all our trips to/from Canada.

If you ever travel to Niagara Falls Canada, it is ALL South Asians and Arabs. Went there this summer with my kids and I felt like I was in Pakistan
That car was not “full” of explosives. The van McVeigh used was full of explosives. A car chock full of C4 or Semtex or even fertilizer would make a hell of a bigger bang than that. Luckily the terrorists were the usual incompetent sort and blew themselves up in a place that didn’t create a lot of casualties.
