Oh memories!! I so remember those air tubes in JCPenneys! lol...back in the 40’s!
Video of the incident shows masked and hooded people running through the store on Sunday, stuffing boxes of shoes into trash bags and ripping clothes off the rack before fleeing.

The answer is that MSM marxists are covering for them which ads to the problem. Send the bill to every news organization in LA County and when they don’t pay sue them!
That's less than the $950 theft threshold limit each so they are probably home free. I doubt the cops will even look for them. Even if they somehow end up arrested the DA or judge will throw the case out. Social justice and all that.
Now if they called somebody a a "n*gg*r" or "murderous Raghead" or some such thing like that they would be looking at hard time.
