HORRIBLE corruption in Ukraine - but if Argentina has BILLIONS to help finance that corruption, then more power to them. But I’m not sure they’re swimming in cash, like Russia now is, thanks to Western ‘sanctions’.

Argentina, unlike Russia, has depleted almost all their foreign reserves. But they have plenty of pesos. The BCRA printing press has been in overdrive the past three years.
