And corruption in Russia is even more OFF THE CHARTS, and unlike Ukraine they are not making an effort to reduce it. Otherwise Putin would not now have a “personal” wealth of $200 billion dollars while a fairly large percent of Russians don’t even have indoor toilets and find washing machines a great item to steal from Ukraine. How many toilets and washing machines has Ukraine stolen from Russia???

Given that, I now OPPOSE giving $150 BILLION to Russia in direct, untraceable, money and unaudited military equipment, as others here seem to think is being considered. A country as CORRUPT as Russia, or Ukraine for that matter, should NEVER receive that level of US Taxpayer money, NEVER!
