Actually corruption in the world’s nations is charted and Russia is far more corrupt than Ukraine, with Ukraine improving over the years and Russia getting worse.
We contributed to Ukraine’s corruption by allowing our politicians kith & kin to go there and peddle favors and access. We all know about Hunter Biden, there also was one of Romney’s sons, a son of Pelosi. I am sure there were US politician relatives out there on the ‘game’. Also remember as VP Biden got a Ukrainian anticorruption prosecutor (One that was actually doing his job!) fired! What kind of lesson does that teach about the US’s seriousness on corruption.
Frankly I find all this talk about Ukraine’s terrible corruption a bit hypocritical. We should pick up a mirror and look at our political corruption. I’ve seen it in action from city to county to state to federal! I seriously doubt that what I saw was unique and isolated!
Nothing I have said should be interpreted as me wanting any deeper intervention into the quarrels of the Slavs!

No one here is pushing for $100B for Russia, and when they do, I’ll be the first to oppose it too.
