There are plenty of Air Force MOSs that don’t require flying.
You are missing the point. I am sure his AFSC, was intel. My point was not about that. He was a 4 star general officer. My point, is simply that there are hardly any 4 star general officers, who are NOT rated. That was my ONLY point. I am not sure, but I would assume, MOS is the same thing as AFSC. Is that correct?
