According to the article, the sound of gunfire scatters the groups of hogs and makes trapping them more difficult.

So...let Missouri legalize the use of suppressors while hog hunting. Easy, peasy.

LOL! Suppressors are a joke! Been watching too many movies. If you knew anything about hogs, you would’ve abstained from that remark. A far more productive method is pneumatic rifles, and IR and/or thermal scopes.
