That's an awesome idea... And hopefully those homeless tent campouts popping up in every town and city throughout north America will finally disappear.
Homeless pigs are much more scarier and filthier than 'super pigs'.

Look up wet aging. Done it with hog, buck/elk/moose and bear.
And always give them a good bath before skinning.

Bah! Simply cook them at higher temps to kill the parasites. You should be doing this even for corporation-farm hog products in the US. If you east sushi, these beauties are a cinch.
