The current gang leader (Siraj Haqqani) publicly supports allowing girls to go to (Islamically correct) secondary schools and University - probably because it keeps the foreign aid flowing, that he gets to skim.
The overall head of Taliban (Akhundzada) however, is a complete neanderthal, who wants no school for girls after the 6th grade.
