Reformed- yes, many take that as the new Ukraine, minus the Crimea and five ethnic Russian provinces- most likely east of the Dniepner river, western Ukraine hated the Russian provinces anyway.
A win for both sides- Vlad gets his ethnic Russian provinces, creates a huge, beautiful buffer zone up to the Dniepner- the West can then have their NATO.
Vlad can rebuild the East, the collective West can rebuild the Western portion…..sounds like a deal!

They put that in the statement so they could pull the rug out later. The statement is stupid, because nobody really wants Ukraine in NATO except George Soros and DNC. The Russians will never be able to have a peace treaty with Ukraine now, because they will be NATO on the Russian border within months. They are just setting up another forever war.
