Amazon needs to provide a much better online package tracking system for its customers!
I see little, if any, room for improvement
What more can they do? For me at least they give a 2 hour window and starting at 10 stops away have a GPS map with with the truck on it and how many stops there are until it gets here.
It’s frankly amazing how well it runs.
#9 I am returning an item to Staples.
The message I received is:
“We will be sending a driver to collect your items. The driver will arrive soon as the next business day from when you placed your return or up to 5 business days”
Yep, whenever.
I will wait patiently by the door.....
