How can they be in any Constitutional election? They are NOT citizens, naturalized or other. Hence the huge push by Mayorkas to “declare” the illegals.... citizens. Without any LEGAL naturalization process to make them so.

As a green card holder, I have received a jury summons on several occasions.

Pass a bill in Congress that if any illegal is ev r caught trying to defraud our elections by voting that they will be expelled permanently from America with no chance of ever being legally permitted here again.
Of course the Senate will reject it but it can be used to prove Democrats are working to commit voter fraud.
