Court imposes restrictions on freed terrorist who stabbed her neighbor

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court this morning (Tuesday) issued a temporary order ordering the terrorist who stabbed and injured Moriya Cohen in the Shimon Hatzadik neighborhood in Jerusalem, and was released last night, to refrain from making any contact with Cohen or her children, as part of a request for a threatening harassment order.

The order was issued by Judge Eliad Weinshall, at the request of Cohen's lawyer – Adv. Ofir Steiner from Honenu. In the coming days there will be a discussion on instating permanent restrictive conditions.

Moriya Cohen, who was stabbed in the presence of her children, also participated in the court session and said: "The terrorist has returned to live right next to me and I am afraid that she will come close to me, that she will approach me and be near me."

"The temporary restrictive order given this morning by the court is a small, initial step, in an attempt to ensure a regular life routine for Moriya and her children. The lion’s share of the protection will come from the enforcement agencies, led by the police. The police must do everything in their power to prevent the terrorist from making any threats,"...

I know one thing - if I were into dismembering Jews (or anyone else), I’d have a hard time complying with a TRO...but then again, I’m not into dismembering people.
