Read or listen to any YouTube video on the Austro-Hungarian Empire and you see how impossible a diverse political union is to keep together. The only thing holding the “diverse” Russian Federation together is force of arms. If Russia exhausts itself in Ukraine, then the Federation is finished. The various states are already trying to find other outlets and sources of money not related to Russia.
Everyone knows they just need to try harder, and it will work next time. Right?
We have EXACTLY the same policies in the US, but what has saved us, so far, is that there simply isn’t enough ‘oppressed minorities’ to drive out most qualified (i.e., White) people. However, given our southern border, don’t expect us to get away with that much longer.
They weren’t experiments. These Diversity, Affirmative action, critical Race theory, Social Justice, are tools. They are the tools the Socialist Democrats and Democratic Socialists use to seize power. Once they have power, you can’t vote them out. They use violence, rigged elections, intimidation, starvation, criminal activity, the justice system, school systems, government apparatus, to relentlessly attack opponent political ideologies.
Take a deep breath and ask yourselves how down the rabbit hole the USA has gone. I can give you examples of all of this since 2016, except perhaps starvation. I think the Chinese and Bill Gates are working on that right now....
The Boer (and some English) made S Africa, now they are almost officially forbidden and we can see what is happening to it without their control.
Same thing will happen here, our country was made by Americans (13 colonies their descendants and European immigrants) and as “we” are replaced by Africans, Central Americans , Haitians and South Americans etc etc our civilization will deteriorate.

As he had extensive knowledge of South Africa, I asked him what he thought about the future of South Africa. He thought it would be great, because South Africa had such wonderful natural resources.
I asked him why he thought things would get better, and his only response was the young people had much better sources of information than they had previously.
I considered his forecast to be hopelessly Polyannish.
As a socialist, he believed people were naturally "good".

seems to me, the heart of socialism is well understood as a form of magic. the crowds want “something good” to happen (ie, for blacks in South Africa to be prosperous) and they want it quickly, and really, they have no idea how those that have wealth got it in the first place. So they want a Magician to snap his fingers and create “something better”.
The truly sad part is that lots of people still believe in magic, and lots of people want to be the Magician - and of those that want to be the Magician, some know it’s bogus but they like the costume, the trappings, the feeling of power and some still believe in magic and just aspire to be a Magician but can’t understand why when they wave their wand, nothing happens.
none of this is good for human freedom, dignity, prosperity.
