The Patriot Act, rushed into Law after 9-11 needs to be changed. There are too many abuses of privacy allowed.
I am not surprised that Obama, in the White Hut, started the abuse of the Fourth Amendment.
Actually, the government doesn’t really need to mine the information for evidence of crimes. The purpose of mining the information is for identifying targets, creating risk scores.
It’s easy enough for investigators and prosecutors to fabricate the evidence.
Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.
