The US legal system is right down there with China and Russia. The per capita incarceration rate is atrocious.

At this point, people really need to opt for jury nullification when they serve on juries. Especially at the federal level and for non-violent crimes. The presumption should be that the government violated the defendant’s rights and/or fabricated evidence.

Sure, a few more criminals will get away, but we really need to take down the legal system. As long as the prosecutors judges and police have blanket immunity nothing will change. It can’t be fixed at this point.

Law and order? Not for me when that means leftists and tyrants are in control.
